DESCRIPTIONFit testing to ensure respirators fit propperly. If you have a respirator, bring your respirator to Big Sky Fire Equipment. If you are signed up for a class on Monday, you can go down there at any time during the week to be fit tested. Those that live in Lewistown are encouraged to be fit tested in the morning. It will take 15-20 minutes.
You need to be clean shaven for the fit test (mustaches are ok), and no tobacco use 1 hour prior to the fit test.
Annual training on health and safety subjects that affect mining operations. Review of hazards associated with equipment that has accounted for the most fatalities and serious injuries at mines, including: mobile equipment; conveyor systems; crushers; excavators.
Session will include employee welcome, packet information, employee portal, safety training, hearing conservation, employee benefits, Hall of Fame and years of service recognition. Individual and group photos will also be taken.
